Q. How can I contact Just Jump?
A. The preferred method is by telephoning us anytime on 0208 4668700 there is an answer phone in case no one can take your call or email us at info@justjump.uk.net or by filling in the booking form in the Bookings page.
Q. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
A. You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. However please contact us on the day as we may have availability.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. Prices vary depending on use ie home/business or location. Please Contact Us for a quote.
Q. What do the prices include?
A. All bouncy castle booking prices include delivery within a 5 mile radius of our postcode (please call for delivery rates outside of this area), blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mat, it also includes set up, inflation and collection.
Q. When are your bouncy castles available?
A. Our castles are available 7 days a week.
Q. How long do I get the equipment for?
A. Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle at a time to suit you. We will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished, again at a time to suit you, although pick up time can be arranged to suit it can be no later than 9.00 pm.
Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
A. No deposit is required. Payment is paid upon delivery.
Q. What if i need to cancel?
A. You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.
Q. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
A. The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.
Q. How much space is needed?
A. You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.
Q. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
A. We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volt mains power supply.
Q. Do you supply safety instructions?
A. Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.
Q. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
A. Yes all our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 14.
Q. What is PIPA?
A. PIPA is an inspection scheme set up by the inflatable play industry to ensure that a children’s inflatable play equipment conforms to laid down standards. All four trade associations have co-operated in setting up the scheme and it is wholeheartedly supported by the health and safety executive. For more info go to www.pipa.org.uk
Q. What hire periods are available?
A. Weekends, weekdays and public holidays. During the summer months we do get booked out very quickly so please plan and allow as much time as possible to avoid disappointment.

A. We cover Bromley and surrounding area. Please Contact Us to discuss your requirements.
Q. Why are there no prices listed on the web site?
A. Prices vary according to the type of castle you require.
Q. What preparation is needed before you arrive?
A. Please make sure that any hallways, side passages, or any other access to your garden / play area are clear of obstacles etc and that grass, patio areas etc are free of any sharp objects. You will be charged if we have to clear any items or cut any bushes ,tress etc to erect the inflatable's.
Q. How much electric does the blower use for the day hire?
A. It use’s approx £1 worth of electric for a days hire.
Q. Are you fully insured?
A. Yes we are fully covered with public liability insurance.
Q. What happens if its raining on the day?
A. We will ring you and discuss the booking if to cancel or try and deliver another time. But we at Just Jump have the right to cancel due to weather conditions.
